Issue

I have set up my site in SharePlus and can connect with no issues. However, I can't navigate to any of my subsites: they're missing. If I set up a connection to any of the missing subsites I can connect to them with no issues. What's the problem?

Solution

This issue is well known and can be easily fixed by enabling the Browse Directories Privilege to the Read Permission:

- Go to Site Actions in the Ribbon

- Site Settings

- Site Permissions

- Permission Levels (in the Ribbon)

- Click the Read Permission Level

- Scroll Down and check the Browse Directories Site Permission

- Click Submit

You should be able to see subsites now.
