I have an HTC Android phone and have SharePlus Lite running on it. I got a new Kindle Fire HD and my IT manager suggested I use the Pro edition to get files from our Sharepoint server. I started by setting up SharePlus Lite on the Kindle (from the Amazon market) and trying to connect to our server. I got that "Could not connect to server. Please check your data connection" message. I can reach the site using the device's browser, though the devices browser does not allow me to download files. As I said, SharePlus Lite connects to the same site from the same spot on the Android phone, so the problem does not appear to be connectivity.
Any thoughts on troubleshooting this? thanks.
I have the same problem with kindle fire HD. I have the same error message. This program works fine on ipad/iphone but not kindle. Yes, it connects fine using Kindle's silk web browser. I have tried using explicit ip rather than hostname but still does not work.
what is sort of interesting is that on the kindle there is no field for entering my windows domain. on my android phone there is such a field.

Hi, I have the same issue. Clean Office 365 (no ADFS). I also note that when I click on the "Settings" icon, I am not able to bring up the advanced settings (for things such as logging).

Did you get a resolution to this? I am having the same issue on an Android device not connecting to Office365. It had been working for months but stopped about two weeks ago
