Running iOS 6 with SharePlus Pro v 3.8.2, connecting to a SharePoint Foundations 2010 site.

I have a survey that I'm hoping to have my users fill out on the go, however some of the answers are somehow pulling values from the survey and combining them to the questions answer.

I have attached a screen shot to show everyone what is happening. Does anyone have an idea how I can fix this? In this particular example, the field is a radio button list. As you can see, the number 18 has been added, as well as another value (that I blurred out). These values are values, but from other parts of the survey. 18 is the id number I believe.
