  1. Log in and access your account by clicking your name (top-right)
  2. Make sure you've registered your product key. You can see your registered keys here: https://www.infragistics.com/my-account/keys-and-downloads
  3. Click "Support Activity" or follow this link https://www.infragistics.com/my-account/support-activity
  4. Click "Create a New Support Request"
  5. Follow the steps and complete the form. Be as thorough as possible.
  6. Wait for our reply within the next 24 hours.
