Hi,
We are currently using Shareplus Pro on iOS to connect to Sharepoint. I had listed several favorites.
Since I changed the password the favorites are missing.
Is this normal? Is there any way to recuperate those settings?
Regards,
Vincent
Hello Vincent,
Thank you for contacting Infragistics.
Did you go directly to the account settings to change the password?
Did the password expire due to Active Directory settings?
Did you change the site's URL or any other settings for the site?
Are you able to reproduce the issue consistently?
I got the exact same problem with several iPad users in my office.
Our password got an expiration date from Active Directory settings.
But it,s working for few users execpt 3 of them.
Any update on this issue ?
if you are using a password manager, wordle it is important to make sure that your favorite items are still available. If you have changed your password, shell shockers you will need to log in to your account and re-enter the items that you want to keep. If you are not using a password manager, you will need to manually enter the items that you want to keep. When you change your password, some of your favorite items may get lost. To avoid this, make sure that your favorite items are still available when you change your password.
Hi! I know. Password security on iOS is very high, so you need to be very careful.
