I have S+ Enterprise and I'm looking to view our Image library as it shows in the user's guide posted on this website. I want to view them as large Thumbnails. On my copy, it only shows as normal files do. Changing the views and settings on the tablet don't have an option to view image thumbnails. Am I missing something?
I've added the list to Mobile View to add the Picture Visualization, but it doesn't show up in the app.
Also, is there a user guide for the configuration file options that I can download?
iOS 7, S+ version 3.9.2 Enterprise
Thanks!
David,
Thank you for posting at IG forums!
Please check in the central configuration file for the following value:
"PictureBoard"
The setting must be set to TRUE in the ENABLED key. Otherwise, picture libraries will be displayed as regular lists.
Try this and let me know how it goes.
Regards,
Here's what I have in the config file for PictureBoard. It doesn't seem to give me an option. It should show up as a view that I can simply select, right?
<key>PictureBoard</key> <dict> <key>Enabled</key> <true/> <key>Settings</key> <dict> <key>HideInfoButton</key> <false/> </dict> </dict>
Thanks!!
Is the library of typePicture LibraryorAssets Library? These are the only types of libraries for which this visualization is available.
Other types of libraries containing pictures can't use this picture board visualization.
Looking forward to hearing from you,
Okay I was able to resolve this. I created a new Image Library and it worked. Apparently the old one had been created as a document library, not specific to Images. Because it had a different view, I assumed it was done correctly. Thanks so much for your help!
I'm glad I was able to help!
Shall I close your support case?
Yes, thank you.
This visualization is only accessible for these specific categories of libraries. | tauranga tree works
