We are sorry to put another post about this issue but we have looked everywhere and tried everything to no avail. We had it somewhat working in SharePoint 2010 but now that we are on SharePoint 2013 nothing seems to help. We modified our UAG settings as per http://www.infragistics.com/community/forums/t/69633.aspx but no luck. It just keeps prompting for a password or throws the usual error message "...unexpected format..."
Can anyone shed some light on this or help us out please? We want to use the product but cant get it to work.

Javier, thank you for getting back to us. We did try to enable Technical Logs but no Logs are generated. We believe its mostly due to the fact that we are unable to even add any sites. If issue is occurring while trying to add a Site, no logs are generated in Documents, folder Logs simply does not exits and does not show up ever. Any other suggestions?

Without logs it is really difficult to troubleshoot the issue.
Let's try this:
- Set up the site using Web Login authentication mode.
- Save it.
- Try to connect.
Are logs generated?
Can you access the site?
