We've been using SharePlus for 4 months now without any problems. Last week we started to see an error appear on 2 of the iPads we have SharePlus setup on. They each have their own Apple ID and purchased SharePlus app.
What is occurring is a photo is taken with the iPad and upon attempting to upload the image, we get an error "Confirm Check In - This item is now checked out to you". We do not have the Check In/Out feature even turned on in SharePoint Online and this only appeared recently. Clicking either Ok or Check In doesn't work, it gets me past the dialogue box but doesn't upload the image.
See image below for error:
Hello Jeffrey,
Thank you for contacting Infragistics!
In order to get some context information from this issue could you please tell us
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Regards
In answer to your questions:
Both iPads are using version 4.0.6
There isn't a different library to upload the images too. The way our SharePoint is setup, we have 2 libraries - one for picture and one for documents. However, that said, I was able to get an image to upload to the picture library if I clicked the OK option. The appears to only be one instance where it will not upload, and that is when we select an option to upload the image to the picture library and another section we have where images are posted immediately to all users. This allows everyone to see new items being generated and help spark some ideas between properties. That said, there has been no change to our SharePoint site and it's functioning as it should. I can upload images correctly with no errors via various web browsers (tested IE, Safari and Chrome), it appears only SharePlus app is causing this with Photos only, not documents.
Jeffrey,
Can you check on the new item form to see if there are any options that make SharePoint copy the uploaded image to a different location? If so we would be needing a screenshot of the complete iPad screen when you see the error message and the setting to have the picture backed up.
Your picture library is most likely customized therefore we will need you to send us the list as a template in order for us to got through the options. You can see how to copy or move a list in the following link:

Gonzalo,
Thank you for the instructions on how to create the list template. I have it, but your post didn't mention how to submit the file. How would you like me to send that file to you?
I'm writing in order for you to have an update, we have received the list template as we requested, we will be trying to emulate the error on our end and get back to you within 48 hrs with an update regarding this.
Best Regards
