when try to access a SharePoint site through UAG, following error is showing up:
"Your credentials cannot be authenticated"
Authentication mode - "web Login"
Already tried with changing the user agent to "SharePlus". It did not work.

It looks that SharePlus is passing on credentials to your site.
Do you have an username and password in the site account settings? If yes, please remove the account, save the site and try again.
