We use Sharepoint for our meetingsites. All users have rights as a reader for the home site. and for the subsite they have different rights.
Using a PC this works. But when using the Shareplus app the users only see the home site. They do not see the sites where they have the rights for.
What to do?
Hello and thank you for your support request!
SharePlus displays content based on permissions. In order to verify what SharePoint is returning, please enable technical logs for the app:

Hello,
I'm writing to you in order to check if you were able to enable the log recording in SharePlus.
If so please send us the app's logs so we can look into the issue you're experiencing.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hello there,
You might also want to check that the users have permissions to see the whole route the URL follows to see the specific document or library you need them to see.
If they do not have permission to go through a section or subsite in the path to the destination the server may return an error.
I'm writing to you in order to check if you were able to see my previous reply and ping for a reply.
