For some reason a number of our Senior Managers are unable to connect to our SharePoint Sites/Subsites via SharePlus, when prompted with the Authentication Required box - they enter their ID and Password (some have tried multiple times) but it does not connect.
I have confirmed that they have the necessary permissions on all sites they've been trying to access, with no luck.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
