Hi,
I am trying to test my windows application, which is developed using Infragistics Windows forms controls (version 7.1)
I have installed RFT version 8.2 and Test Advantage for Windows Forms 2007 Vol.1 CLR1.x
Now when I try to capture the objects in my application, am not able to capture even a single object.
Could someone guide me if I need to do any other steps before proceeding the capturing the objects.

I have copied the below files from C:\Program Files\Infragistics_2007\TestAdvantage for Windows Forms (IBM) 2007 Vol. 1\CLR1.x\Config to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\IBM\RFT\customization
I have applied "7.1 CLR1x" in the Version Utility (C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Infragistics\TestAdvantage for Windows Forms (IBM) 2007 Vol. 1 CLR 1.x\Get Help) and restarted the PC
Please let me know if I need to do any other configurations.

Are you trying THIS IN Eclips or Visual Studio? Are you sure your application runs in CLR1?
Can you send me those two files you mentioned (CustomObjRecProp_Infragistics.rftop, Infragistics.rftcust)

I have attached the files.rar which has the files in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\IBM\RFT\customization folder.
Also attaching an image which has the screenshot of the infragistics related files in my application installtion directory.
Please guide me if something went wrong.

I didn't see any TestAdvantage assemblies in the rar files, just configuration files!
Try using the version utility from Start Menu, Select "Disable" from the combo then hit "Apply" button. Then select "7.1 CLR2" from the combo and click "Apply" then "OK"
Verify that you have TestAdvantage assemblies and "Infragistics2.RFT.JavaTestObjects.v7.1.jar" file in the customization folder, then try recording on your application.
Let me know how it goes.
Though I have added all the test advantage assemblies now, I am not able to capture any object from the application.

Test Advantage version : 2007 Volume 1 CLR2.0
Application version : 7.1.20071.40
RFT 8.2 and using eclipse.
