Specific data is bound and displayed on the XamDataGrid. I want to update this data using a specific formula.
For example, if I calculate *2 for all grids, I want to update the values of all grids with *2.
I found that wpf supports these functions using calculatorAdapter, XamCalculationManager etc.
Does Xamarin support something like this?I am developing android in vs2019.
Our CalcManager adapter for Xamarin is considered to be a new product idea. At this time I don't have another workaround. You will have to manually update your data or create a new collection with the calculations manually.
You can suggest new product ideas for future versions (or vote for existing ones) at <www.infragistics.com/.../ideas>. Submitting your idea will allow you to communicate directly with our product management team, track the progress of your idea at any time, see how many votes it got, read comments from other developers in the community, and see if someone from the product team has additional questions for you. Remember when submitting your idea to explain the context in which a feature would be used and why it is needed as well as anything that would prevent you from accomplishing this today. You can even add screenshots to build a stronger case. Remember that for your suggestion to be successful, you need other members of the community to vote for it.
Let me know if you have any questions.
Are you saying that Xamarin doesn't support it?
One question is, why is the same framework supported differently in Xamarin and wpf?
We build a new set of controls from the ground up for Xamarin. Most are cross-platform like the charts. However there are many controls in our WPF library, like the CalcManager, that isn't easy to translate over to other platforms.
