We are using licensed version of Infragsitic 2015 control for WebHierarchicalDataGrid to display 4 level hierarchical data.
As part our migration to this new version from old UltraWebgrid, we are posting our queries through this forum.
But we are not able use Chat option for Infragsitics with our login.
We are having this migration on new version on Urgent basis.
Can you please confirm what criteria needs or which login details requires to utilize Chat facility for our Infragistic queries?
