The easiest way to add all of the tools available in the NetAdvantage for .NET toolkit to your Visual Studio .NET toolbox is to run the Create Visual Studio Toolbox Tab utility.

The "Create Toolbox Tab for CLR 4.0" does not appear in the utilities folder of the ASP Ultimate trial download, downloaded on 6/19/19.
the only item in the Utilities folder is, ASP.NET Application Styling Configuration AddIn 2019.1
