Getting script error - igtbl_GetGridByID is not defined

One of our web application page uses ultrawebgrid control. We are getting error when client  side code (java script code) on click of a button is trying to call igtbl_GetGridByID function. The error message says igtble_GetGridById is not defined. It appears that it's not getting reference of this method igtbl_GetGridByID. Even i looked into the js of infragistic in browser debugger and didn't find this function over there.

The application is Asp.net application (.Net 3.5) hosted in IIS 7.5 on Windows 2008 server.

The infragistic version which is used in the code is Infragistics35.webui.ultrawebgrid.v11.1. 

This issue is happening on both Chrome (Version 63.0.3239.84) and Internet explorer (IE 11) browser. 

We are in the middle of an urgent delivery for our client. Any help in this matter will be highly appreciated!

    Hello Kumar,

    Sorry for the inconvenience but this version is not supported.

    You can refer to our lifecycle page and see which are the supported ones.

    So if you need to take advantage of the support my recommendation to you would be to update to the latest one.
