We are using Infragistics4.Web.v14.1 and implemented the WebHierarchicalDataGrid in our project.When we filter on large amount of data, "Async request failed" error occured.So we tried a free trail of infragistics new version 18.1.20181.23.Then also same issue occured and also filter is not working for data source having empty strings.What's the solution for this.

Are there any more details in the error regarding what exception might be happening on the server? If yes those details are needed to know how to resolve the issue.
If no, what is the response from the server for the request to filter? Are there any details in the response that indicate what might have happened.
If the error comes before the response from the server, maybe it is just taking too long and you could see if increasing the timeout helps. there are details on this in the Server does not respond thread.

It appears that you posted the same question twice and that the attached sample is the same as the one on the other Filter is not working on WebHierarchicalDataGrid thread and I couldn't reproduce the issue with your sample and gave a possible suggestion and asked for more details.
