I am using FormatFieldMethod of a BoundDataField column to apply custom logic.
It seems that during any AJAX call (sorting and scrolling in this case) this format method is ignored though. I have tried setting the method again in the page load, grid load, grid databinding grid databound all with no success.
How is this supposed to work?
I am using Infragistics 9.2 CLR 3.5 BTW

The field displays correctly on the initial load. However, when the UpdatePanel updates the FormatFieldMethod is never called. (Updates when a user clicks on a row in the DataGrid).
I am currently setting the FormatFieldMethod for the column in the PageLoad event.
I raised it with Infragistics support.
It was resolved as a bug in a service release. So I would suggest installing the latest SR.
