Converting a WinSchedule Recurring Appointment to a WebSchedule Recurring Appointment

I'm looking for some sample code that we can use to convert recurring appointments created using a WinSchedule Desktop Application and display them in a WebSchedule Calendar.  

In other words, all our appointments are stored in a SQL Database, and the recurrence info is stored in the recommended byte array.  How do we load the recurring appointment byte arrays and display these in the WebSchedule Calendar?
