I can't pass this stage

open up terminal window, run the install command then type "syslog"
copy and paste the log into a text file and send it over.

as you see the last line in this log file is running the install, I wanted to see any log info after receiving the errorDid it'd you see the error before running syslog?
Try using the installer mentioned in this thread: http://www.infragistics.com/community/forums/p/75439/381512.aspx#381512
if it worked, then the issue causing this is a bug in the released installer and I'll ask Developer Support to create a support case for you so you'll be notified when the bug is fixed.
Please let me know the result of your test.

we've fixed an issue in the install and posted the new installer to the download page. please re-download and try using the new installer and let me know if you can still see the issue.
