in ultralistview, i am using thumbnail view with external images (200x200) leading too much space around the image. (padding 100px each side -top, bottom, left, right so image 200x200 is in 400x400 big dummy box.
can i remove blank part or decrease it anyway...

You can use a creation filter to change this so that the images take up the entire space of the list item. Take a look at Brian Fallon's post to see some sample code that you can add to your project, as well as some insight into why we built it the way we did:
