Hi,
I have a UltraGrid Column with values like "HH:mm:ss".
The column filter is working fine When the values are below 24 Hrs.
Ex: If value is "23:10:20" working fine with all kind of operators.
If the value is like "15.00:00:00" and the filter Condition is < 24:00:00
Grid displays all the time values below 24 Hrs along with the value 15 days also. Because its time is 00:00:00.
But It should be shown only, when I give the condition >24:00:00.
How to solve this problem. Please suggest.
Thanks,
Raghuram.
Hello Raghuram,
Thank you for contacting Infragistics!
The best way for us to assist you is if you provide a small isolated sample that we can run and use for debugging locally. If you are unable able to provide an isolated sample I may be able to give suggestions if you provide the code for your page.
Hi Mike,
Thanks for your reply. I cannot provide the sample. Could you please provide an example or let me know what are the properties that I can you to solve my problem.
I have to make column filter conditions using time. It should consider days also in the resulted grid.
My column values are like
00:10:20,
12:20:30
14:15:00
15.12:30:10
Its a total of time duration. For example 15.12:30:10 is 15 days 12 Hrs 30 mins 10 seconds
If I Give filter in Header like >= 20:00:00(20hrs).
Then it should show 15.12:30:10 in the result. But it is comparing the value with 12:30:10 and ignoring in the result.
Thank you for the update. I asked for the sample/code so I can see what you are currently doing/how you have the grid setup and what your underlying types are in your datasource. This will help me setup a sample to match yours to better resolve the issue. If you are unable to provide a sample please provide the code you are using to setup the grid. If you don’t want to provide the code on the forums I can create a private case. Note please attach any files in a zip file.
The problem occurs only if I give >= 24:00:00 only. It will take till the time value till 23:59:59 only. Its OK I changed my settings in the header accordingly.
I would still like to look into this behavior. Can you please attach the code you are using to reproduce this behavior?
