Hello and thank you for contacting Infragistics. This issue can occur anytime the control has issue painting. An examples of this is if you are using multiple threads and the control is accessed on another thread or using an instance of control that may have been disposed or closed from the toolbar. I suggest attaching a sample demonstrating the issue.
