Hi, I'm trying to get a copy an old installer for a product I own, but Infragistics seem to have purposefully disabled downloads and are asking me to buy support or upgrade, I don't want to upgrade, the client doesn't want to pay for it. I just require the installer and maybe any patches that are available. Can anyone help me with this?Many thanks!

If the download is appearing disabled from your account on the Infragistics website, this likely means that the subscription that you have that “owns” the key for that download has expired. In order to download the installer anew, the subscription will need to be renewed.
I would recommend reaching out to our Sales and Registrations teams, as they may be able to issue you a back-key for a subscription that you may have that is active so that you can download it anew. Many thanks for your reply. However, this product was purchased years ago and was not purchased under a subscription service agreement. I purchased the control set and it incidentally came with 1 year of support.I purchased several versions of Infragistics controls over the years (v5, 7, 8 &10) and was always able to access the purchased controls even if the support agreement expired, usually by quite a while. This change to remove the download links is clearly something new. Had I have been informed that the downloads would be disabled then I would have made sure to keep my own installer. If you could please provide me with a link to simply download the file it would be most appreciated. I do not need or want an ongoing support agreement and the client does not have the budget for this anyway.
