I have browsing a bit for information on how to print UI controls through infragistics but haven't seemed to find anything interesting. Is there anybody that knows how to print a UltraTree through infragistics?
As Mike Saltzman mentions in this post, WinTree currently does not have any built-in printing capabilities. He mentions a couple of alternative approaches.
would it be possible to use the onpaint event, to get infragistics to draw itself on a graphics that could be printed?
I don't see how OnPaint would help. You could use the DrawToBitmap method. The problem with this is that it only draws the control itself, not neccessarily the contents. So you would have to draw the control to a bitmap, paint that onto the print document, then scroll the tree and draw it to another bitmap, draw that onto the PrintDocument, etc.
