After installing an application of mine that uses the ultrawintree 2006v3, I am unable to see the graphics that should appear in the tree. This application work s fine on several thousand other machines, but when installed on any machine at this one particular client site, the graphics do not display. Other graphics (not related to the UltraWinTree) on the form do appear as expected.
Can you point me in any direction to troubleshoot? What might be at issue here?
Without any other details, my first guess would be a reference issue, i.e., the WinTree DLL and/or its supporting assemblies are not being referenced properly.
