Draw empty row cell borders

Hi,

We need to draw vertical cell borders and hide horizontal cell borders in a WinForm UltraGrid control.  I tried this example (http://devcenter.infragistics.com/Support/KnowledgeBaseArticle.aspx?ArticleID=1054) and it does draw vertical lines, but only for rows populated with data. The rest of the grid looks empty (no row/column dividers).  Is there a way to apply the same logic for all cells (with or without data)? Otherwise the grid looks partially drawn on a screen.

Thanks, Igor
