Hi - we've recently converted from a (non-virtualized) WPF DataGrid to the WinForms UltraGrid.
We've noticed that although the UltraGrid uses less memory and scrolls faster when using the scrollbar, scrolling by mousewheel is very stuttery. We are using the 11.2 version of the grid. This can be easy replicated by loading up a grid with lots of columns and applying a few levels of grouping. Notice that scrolling by dragging the scrollbar will be smooth and quite usable, but using the mousewheel (especially when scrolling quickly), things get choppy or grid to a halt.
Is there a reason for this phenomenon?
