Hi everyone, a question. when I go to update the data contained in the pivotgrid, it automatically removes all the filters that were present. is there a command to set filters, rows and columns from code? so once it has updated the data, it automatically seperates certain code filters. thank you.
Thank you for contacting Infragistics. Which datasource type are you binding to the pivot grid?
The following example demonstrates how to use the Filters.Add method from the DataSource to programmatically filter data.
The following post demonstrates how to had programmatically add rows and column in similar fashion.
Let me know if you have any questions.

thanks for your answer. I use a flatdatasource to bind the data. I would like to find the way to get the set values and eventually to set them by code.
There other examples in our online documentation listed under Assigning Hierarchies and Measures.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.
perfect thanks ! there is also a way to see which filter flags are selected and which are not? because when I reload the filter it selects them all automatically. I need to remove some flags inside the filter directly from code. for example if I have a filter with 10 flags and the user removes 2, when it is reloaded it must have those two already disabled.
The datasource has a IFilterMember.IsSelected property, however if you are looking to preserve the state of the control at any given moment than I would try saving and loading customizations via the Save and Load Methods
Let me know if this helps or if you have any questions.
