Hello,
the line colors in the legend of the chart component is almost not visible (when using DarkMetro theme). See attched picture.
How can I make them more visible?
Hello Markus,
Thank you for contacting Infragistics!
It appears that you are applying the MetroDark theme to just the chart and not the legend. This may help some with making the lines more visible. You could also consider Enabling Markers as that will make what is being render in the legend bigger as it will render the marker as well as the line. You can also consider Adjusting the Thickness of lines themselves.
I use darkmetro theme in the overall project (ThemeManager.ApplicationTheme = new Infragistics.Themes.MetroDarkTheme();).
As in the link is told:
[Infragistics] Krasimir said:By default the line in the LegendItem has the same thickness as the series itself.
But that seems not the case when using the darkmetro theme. Is this a bug?
Can I only set markers in the legend? I don't want to show markers in the chart itself.
Thank you for the update. From what I can see the link thickness is the same for both with and without metro dark theme, it is just when the dark theme is used the links blend in more with the black background than they do with the light. Markers cannot be enabled only on the legend.
It would be nice, if the legend has the same thickness as the series itself (as seen in the screenshot). Can I customize the legend to use a thicker line?
Thank you for the update. I am attaching a sample that demonstrates how you can adjust the thickness of the legend line. You will do so making use of a data template for the legend.
