Icons move once mouse over RTL

Once the FlowDirectionproperty is set to FlowDirection="RightToLeft" ALL the icons on the tab start to move once the mouse pointer hovers over any of the icons.Note that this doesn't happen when FlowDirectionLTR.

    I was able to reproduce this and have submitted it for review. I'll see about getting a case associated with this for you so you can be notified when the issue has been resolved.
