I want to localize Activitydialog of XamDayView into the Turkish, but I can not find the localization keywords or localization resx file. How can I find this keywords ? Could you help please ?

You should be able to find the resx files for the xamSchedule in the following location:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Infragistics\NetAdvantage 2012.1\WPF\CLR4.0\Bin\SharedXAML

I’m not clear about your question. I understand that you are using a XamDayView and that you wanted to localize the resx strings.
If you are double clicking on a time slot in the XamDayView, I would expect an appointment dialog to open with the start date and time and end date and time already selected based on the time slot that was selected in the XamDayView.
I think it would be a good idea if you could provide a small sample so that I can see your design and behaviors. And if you could give me the steps to reproduce that would be excellent.
It might be helpful to you to review the feature browser sample within the Editing and Selection section that shows the Day View Events.
Please zip up your sample before attaching it to the thread.
