Hi Khaled,

In order to center the text in the GroupByRecords and change the color of their backgrounds, you could set the HorizontalContentAlignment of GroupByRecordPresenter to "Center" and modify its template by changing the Fill color property of one of the Rectangles, contained in the "highlight" Border element.

To illustrate this approach I have set a sample application which you may find attached to this forum post.

I am just checking the progress of this issue and was wondering if you managed to achieve your goal or if you need any further assistance on the matter.

We are also having a related issue. We have a YEAR column, which displays properly as 2014, 2015, etc in the XamDataGrid itself. However, when we GroupBy that column in the grid, it's displayed as 2,014.00 (1 item), 2,015.00 (3 items), etc. I have these field settings:
