I am using sample code given in this post to save and load Pivot Grid layout. Although given code works just fine for a single hierarchy on an axis but it doesn't load second hierarchy at all. For better illustration see below screenshots.

I have been looking into it and I can say that this issue has been fixed in the latest service releases of versions 12.1, 12.2 and 13.1, so I can suggest you download the latest service release for the one you use by logging to our web site and going to Account \Keys & Downloads.logging to our web site and going to Account \Keys & Downloads.

Can you please verify if you are using the latest service release (12.2.20122.2179) and if not I can suggest you donload it and try with it.

Thank you for your help. The problem has been solved by the latest service release, now two or more hierarchies are loading correctly. Besides this issue, I am facing two more issues.
1) Sample code doesn't remember expansion state correctly. It expands all the levels in the hierarchy when loaded back.
2) I want to save and load column width as well but when I set column width when loading, it doesn't apply correctly and column gets squeezed or expanded in width.
I am attaching sample code that I am using. I have made some customization to it according to my requirements.

As for the expansion states, you can check the sample in the Samples Browser under xamPivotGrid / Data / Save and Load Data Source Customizations section, where the expansion states are loaded correctly.
