See this http://www.infragistics.com/community/forums/p/88822/476962.aspx. I would like this issue to be fixed, it is causing us a problem. We are using V13.1.

I am seeing the problem occur if you resize the grid so that the height is very small, so that there is not enough room to fully display an entire row. Then if you scroll down, and then select a row the exception is thrown.  

Please investigate to see if this can be fixed on Infragistics side, or if there is a workaround I can use.  If you cannot reproduce with a simple example, I will try to create one for you.
