I have attached the error log that gets generated while trying to install the Infragistics_20151_Platform.exe (available in Online Installer).

Also I tried to download the package from Offline Installer, but the download stops after sometime.

Sometimes the Platform Installer may have difficulties connecting to our servers. This is caused by very strict firewall rules to the network used to run the installer. The network would need to allow access for the installer to download files from our servers, which may not be possible under certain networks. Under these circumstances, we provide an offline installer which contain the individual product installers and you can complete the installation of our various products without the need to connect to our servers.
You can download the offline Platform Installer from the following location: http://www.infragistics.com/support/product-help-downloads#OfflineInstaller. Click on the "Offline" link under Package installer section.
Note, that some options still require a connection to our server, like the one to check and download the latest service release. By default, the option to download the latest service release is checked, so you will want to uncheck it.

It is possible that due to bad network connection to be unable to download the offline installer.

What I can suggest you is to try downloading it using another internet connection.
