Regarding the recent release of iOS 9.3:

Our developers are currently in the process of testing for possible issues.
We have not received any reports from users in this update, should there be any issues found on our end or reported, an update will be released by us as it is usual from us.

Since this is a minor version, we do not expect any drawbacks in user experience or functionality.
Nonetheless, feel free to let us know if you are experiencing issues after updating to iOS 9.3.
