I am having a tough time in configuring the below requirements :-
Please let me know how to enable add for all parent row.
The enable add functionality should be there for creating child to the new row created.The enable add functionality should not be there for the existing child nodes.
Please find the sample.

Hello Tatpum,
igHierarchicalGrid uses the flat igGrids internally , we can say it consist of parent grid and child grids .
You can enable AddRow feature to both the parent grid as well its child grid and once you enable this behavior for the child grid it would be available for all the child rows not only for the newly added row.igHierarchicalGrid is deigned like that. If you still wants to have add rows option for only newly added row you could handle it programmatically.
You can disable ‘enableAddRow’ option from the child grid and use ‘addRow’ method manually.

There was an error parsing the JSON data and applying the defined data schema: Cannot read property 'undefined' of null

However i still see there is no child attached to the new node created via "ADD NEW ROW".
Requirement is for adding child only to the newly created node.

When you add a parent row using "Add new row".Is it possible to generate a dummy child ,attach it to parent and display it in grid?
I tried tweaking the JSON but ran into few issues like cannot find undefined of null on clicking expand button of the new parent created.

Currently i do not have any workaround available for adding new row option only for the newly added row.The control is desioned to have this option available for all the child rows .
