Error deploying WebHtmlEditor3.5

Hi,

 I get the following error when I deploy webhtmleditor in .Net 3.5

Cannot create an object of type 'Infragistics.WebUI.WebHtmlEditor.StringArrayList' from its string representation

Any help would be appreciated
