No MSI file installed for running Visual Studio Project Upgrade Add-in Installation

I am trying to install the Visual Studio Project Upgrade AddIn, but there is no  NAProjectUpgradeAddIn_VS8.0.msi file in the 

"C:\Program Files\Infragistics\NetAdvantage for .NET 2008 Vol. 2 CLR 2.0\Project Upgrade AddIn"   folder.  

Did they forget to package it with the installation? 

 

If so, how can I get it?
