How to add ContextMenu to xaml file?

From VS Toolbox, there is item ContextMenu, then drag and drop to either xaml file or designer area, nothing happened.

Which assembly is for contextmenu? Is it InfragisticsSL4.Controls.Menus.XamMenu.v10.3.dll?

    Yes, the assembly is the XamMenu assembly.
