What is the best way to implement the display of the data point value when the user's cursor hovers over an individual bar on a bar chart?

ultraChart1.Tooltips.Display = Infragistics.UltraChart.Shared.Styles.TooltipDisplay.MouseMove;

However, I am developing a Lightswitch app which will be the prototype for a production Silverlight application.
I do not want to write any code if I can avoid it. I will let our developers write any code after the prototype is done.
I was looking for a "quick" non-code or minimal code solution to showing the bar chart "DataPointValues". Apparently, the version of Infragistics' Data Chart control designed for use with Lightswitch does not expose any properties related to displaying tooltips.
I have done a Google search for any documentation related to the API for Infragistics' Lightswitch Data Chart controls so I could set various properties and parameters with some minimal coding, but have not found any documentation.
