I've already added the data source to one of my widgets and need to create a field that is calculated based on others from the same data source. How do I do this?

Solution

Adding a calculated field is easy. First, open the data source navigator (the left pane, the one that has all your fields listed)

Now tap the PLUS button at the top to add a new calculated field. After you name it, tap DONE to go into the edit mode, where you'll define the formula for the new field.

You may define the formula of the new calculated field using already existing fields and the pre-loaded functions, which pretty much match the ones in any spreadsheet software.

Tap DONE to fishing and start using the new calculated field in your widget.
