Can someone please tell me if I have this right:

1.  I deploy SharePoint Online for all of my clients.

2.  I would like to customize the mobile SharePoint experience for clients.

My Question:  Can I use Infragistics Enterprise to customize that mobile sharepoint experience and make available

for clients on their iPhone, ipad, Android phone, android tablet?

    I believe you refer to SharePlus Enterprise. The short answer is Yes, you can deploy it to your users' devices (Android and iOS) but it's important to evaluate your particular scenario in order to see how the app can be customized to better suite your audience.
