Dashboard not sync to devices / web

I created a dashboard using Desktop and I am logged in to my account.

However, the dashboard I created on the desktop is not sync'ing to my iphoe and web (Enterprise), which is logged in using the same account.

    Hi Fred,

    Syncing personal dashboards is available only for cloud subscribers. In the case of Enterprise subscription only the dashboards under the "Enterprise" folder are synced across all your devices.
