Functionality of MAP CONTROL-ZOOM

Regarding the Infragistics MAP Control

I would like to know one important feature of the MAP Control, In case of India if I zoom the Maharashtra then I should get the list of all the districts and on district zoom I am will get the taluka zoom.

In case of USA if is select the area I am suppose see the county, on zoom of county I am suppose to see the City Map.

Let me know the feature is available or not.
