I am working with NetAdvantage reporting. I could get the report displayed properly if it is a static report. I wanted to filter the report based on some parameters selected in the controls. How to pass these parameters to XamReportViewer and filter the resultant report based on these selected parameters?

When you create/edit a data source you can specify filter conditions that depends on parameters. Take a look at section "Configuring a Query Using Report Parameters" in the documentation for a detailed explanation on how to do that for an SQL Data Source.
Once you do that, when the report is displayed by the XamReportViewer it will automatically show a form with the appropriate controls to specify the parameters values.
Also in the Samples you can see reports that use parameters to do filtering, e.g. OrdersByEmployee and SalesPerformanceByEmployee.

Thanks for your quick response. Can you send me the link where I exactly can find the "Configuring a query using Report Parameters" section in Documentation. I couldn't find the link. And what if I what to select multiple values from a single control and pass this list as a parameter ???

Never mind. I found the answer for the first part. I was using ObjectDataSource Initially. Now I replaced it SqlDataSource and I could filter the parameter based on the selection made. But, Only question still left is what if I want to pass list of values as a single parameter to report ??

Currently we don't support multi-valued parameters. It is in our plans to support them in a future release.
Thanks Leo. Is row grouping and column grouping on a report supported?? I could see a field ADD GROUP. When I click on it, I get a prompt to add an expression. I added a field name on which I needed a row grouping but there is no difference in the output. How could this be accomplished?
