How am I able to show more than ten Colors in the Current Color Palette - ideally in 2, 3, or more Lines?

You aren't going to be able to add extra colors. Looking at the code the value is set to 10 and there isn't a way to get to the value.

I don't know what your code is supposed to be doing, but if you want to show the drop down of the colorpicker then you would set the IsDropDownOpen to true.
