When attempting to run the LightSwitch SampleBrowser for the latest upgrade (2012.1), I get the following error numerous times:
Error 1 The View property of the ContentItem 'PivotGrid' in the Screen 'XMLADataSource' cannot be resolved: Could not resolve Id 'Infragistics.LightSwitch.Extensions:XamPivotGrid' to any item. No matched model item can be found. C:\Users\Public\Documents\Infragistics\NetAdvantage 2012.1\LightSwitch\Samples\SB\Data\ApplicationDefinition.lsml 21276 11
When I check the "Extensions" tab under the solution properties, I find the Infragistics LightSwitch Extension for 2011.2 installed, but no extension for 2012.1. The extensions manager does not offer 2012.1 as a option either.
What am I doing wrong?

I forgot to mention that the SampleBrowser from LightSwitch 2011.2 works fine.

I'm experiencing the same issue. In Win7 'Programs & Features' the s/w shows as installed, and I see the version utility in the extension manager, but no 2012.1 for Lightswitch.
Have you by any chance resolved it? Or does anyone else (hello Infragistics team) have an answer?

not to worry.
I uninstalled 11.2, and now 12.1 appears in my extension manager. NOT the neatest and cleanest upgradew method because now i'm 'kind-of' committed to the upgrade with a tedious roll-back (if needed).

Currently only one version of our Infragistics LightSwitch Extensions can be used at time. This means that the old version should be uninstalled prior installing the new one.
