How can I get a specific Service Release (15.1 SR2013)

One of our developers has had to rebuild his machine and when he installed infragistics Professional 15.1 he was unable to select the service release that we are all using.  We are using SR 2013 and he only gets the option of SR 2132.  Is is possible to get hold of this service release 2013 please.
